Putting Your Goals into Action
Sometimes in life you need a moment to pause. Putting Your Goals into Action requires that long breath before jumping off the sandy cliff into the deep blue ocean below. It comes in different forms for different people, I like to find mine in silence. It’s that isolated silence where I’m able to ask myself, where am I in life? Without that moment or those few hours of clarity, life turns into a blur. And that can be a dangerous scenario, meaning life passes you by. It’s a key factor necessary for clearing your thoughts and setting the stage.
The Activity
If you haven’t found your clarity or serenity spot start working on that today. It can be a location, an activity, or just plain silence. Remember this is for your mind not anyone else’s, so don’t let their advice overrule your own. For me clarify tends to come in activities like hiking or riding a motorcycle. One brings in the pure sound of nature and the other the constant roar of an engine. While they are different they are one in the same. Both require constant concentration, commitment, and allow me to block out the noise of the world. This is exactly the recipe you need. Putting your goals into action isn’t difficult, but it requires “me time”.
Putting Your Goals into Action
And once that activity or lack there of is accomplished, now focus on putting your goals into action. What are your short term and long term goals? I’m talking about the really deep ones that never seem to leave your mind. Forget about what other people are asking of you and think about what you really want. Once that becomes clear the path to making them happen will come to you. And yes I sound like Yoda right now, but seriously practices like this work. I have made my best life choices both personally and financially with this simple strategy for implementing my personal goals.
